What is a Digital Download?
A Digital Download is a file (PDFS, JPGS etc.) that you download and print yourself. Nothing is sent in the post so you don’t have to wait around. Just download and print! I design and sell printable gifts, games and party items to help you create a memorable celebration. See below for more information on how to download and print these files.
Where Can I Buy Your Items?
You can purchase my items on my Etsy store. Or you can shop directly on my website by clicking the button below.
Purchased On The Website
Orders are processed by third party site Payhip. You will receive an email receipt after purchase from Payhip, which includes a link to download your item. Check your email / junk folder if an email has not arrived.
Purchased On Etsy
IF YOU HAVE AN ETSY ACCOUNT: Files are available in your account a few minutes after purchase. Click the arrow next to your profile and then select ‘Purchases and reviews’ from the drop down list. Click ‘Download file’.
IF YOU HAVE CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST: A link to download your files will be in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Some buyers on Etsy have reported issues when using an Apple ID. To avoid any problems downloading files use a normal email address to purchase.
You cannot download files from the Etsy app.
PLEASE NOTE: You need Adobe Acrobat to view PDF files; it’s free to download.
Unzip Any Folders
Apple computers double click folder. PCs click ‘extract all’. Choose location on your computer to extract & select ‘show extracted files when complete’.
Open The File
Save files to your computer. Open PDF files from your saved place on your computer (not the online version that opens up in your browser) as there will be more print settings available to you.
Print Settings
In print settings, make sure the orientation of paper is correct. Ensure print quality is set to ‘high’ for the best print.
Professional Printing
You don’t need a fancy printer to print digital files, a basic home printer will do the job. However, if you don’t have a printer you can use a professional company to print the file. You can send the file you local print shop like Staples or Ryman. Or you can use an online company such as Snapfish.
Sizes
Check the size of the file in the listing description. Some files include multiple sizes. Tip: print US Letter on A4 paper by selecting page size A4 in your printer settings and click ‘fit to page’.
Can I Get a Refund?
Due to the digital nature of the files, I am unable to process refunds, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Thank you for understanding. Of course, in the unlikely event a file is damaged or has an error then it will be replaced or refunded for you.

I Can’t Open The file
Follow the instructions above for downloading and opening a file. Make sure that you have Adobe Acrobat if you are trying to view PDF files and remember that you cannot download files from the Etsy app. Etsy also have their own digital download guide that you can follow.
I Need Help With Printing
Please make sure that you are familiar with your printer or know how to send a file to a professional printer before purchase. I have provided basic printing instructions above but due to the differences in printer settings I am not able to provide printing advice on an individual basis.
